Our newly completed drivers truck as been coupled with the passenger carriage for the first time.

We used the same company to supply the high density seat padding and vinyl.
The corners are always a challenge but we made the neatest job we could, in the end it was a bit like folding the corners of a Christmas present.

Below you can see the the way we stapled the covering over the foam while keeping the tension even, this was easiest with 2 pairs of hands.


We used the existing plywood lid for the truck for the seat base but this had to be reduced by 1/4 inch all the way round to allow for the thickness of the vinyl.
